The initiative seeks to bring skilled professionals and service companies into NABEP’s operational plans in the Lake Maracaibo basin. During the event, the company set up a registration station where interested professionals can submit their résumés. At the same time, businesses can access a digital platform through a QR code to complete their registration as suppliers.

The recruitment initiative covers areas such as drilling, oil operations, maintenance, transportation, logistics, industrial safety, and other energy-related services.

Company representatives stated that “reviving the oil sector also means creating jobs and providing opportunities for Venezuelan companies.”

Through this registration process, NABEP aims to expand its network of skilled professionals and suppliers in Zulia state amid growing expectations for the revival of Venezuela’s oil industry.
