As part of its international cooperation agenda, Acting President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, met in India with business leaders and representatives of Gujarat’s private industrial sector to forge strategic partnerships in the food and energy sectors that would benefit both countries.
Executives from Amul participated in the meeting. The company ranks among India’s largest dairy producers and operates one of the world’s most successful agricultural cooperatives.
The delegations also reviewed clean and renewable energy projects. Gujarat now ranks among the world’s leading centers for renewable energy development.
Through this official visit, Rodríguez advanced Venezuela’s diplomacy of peace and cooperation. She seeks to strengthen partnerships in key sectors, including the economy, trade, industry, and healthcare, to promote shared development.
